2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Sade Botanicals has the authority to send informative e-mails to its members' registered e-mail addresses and informative SMS messages to their mobile phones in accordance with this membership agreement. By approving this membership agreement, the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative e-mails to their e-mail addresses and informative SMS messages to their mobile phones.

4. Termination of the Contract

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or until their membership is terminated by Sade Botanicals. If the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, Sade Botanicals may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership.

5. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes regarding this contract.

6. Entry into Force

By registering as a member, the member agrees to and has read all the terms of the membership agreement. This agreement is concluded and mutually effective upon registration.
