How do I place an online order?
Click the "Add to Cart" button associated with the product. After making any desired changes to the quantity and order notes on the "My Cart" page, you can proceed to the "Payment Page" step, enter your billing and shipping information, and confirm the order.
How do I know which product will meet my needs?
Is it necessary to become a member to place an order?
No, you can place an order without registering. If you include your email address when entering your address information on the Checkout Page, you can more easily stay informed about your order's status and tracking.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
You can make changes to your order status until it's listed as shipped. Feel free to contact us to quickly and easily resolve the issue.
Payment
What payment channels are available?
You can make secure and easy payments with all credit and debit cards supported by the iyzico infrastructure. Alternatively, you can use wire transfer/EFT payment methods using the "Bank Deposit" option.
Is your payment page secure?
Yes. We use a 256-bit SSL certificate and 3D Secure infrastructure throughout the site; your card information is not seen or stored by us.
What should I do after making a money transfer/EFT?
Add your order number to the "Description" section and forward the receipt to destek@sadebotanicals.com; payment confirmation is completed within approximately 1 business day.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is the shipping fee?
For orders of 2000 TL and above, we will cover the shipping cost; for orders below that, a fixed fee of 100 TL will be applied.
How many days does it take for my order to be delivered to the cargo?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after that will be shipped the following day. Shipping is not available on Saturdays or public holidays when shipping companies are closed.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
After the order is delivered to cargo, delivery is made within 1-2 business days to addresses within Istanbul, within 2-3 business days to major cities, and within 3-5 business days to other regions.
Where can I see my cargo tracking number?
You can check it from the “My Account” section or from the tracking link sent to you via SMS/e-mail.
My cargo arrived damaged, what should I do?
We carefully prepare and recheck the boxes to ensure their integrity. If you suspect the box may have been damaged during delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect it in the presence of the courier before completing the delivery and, in the event of a negative outcome, have a report filed.
Returns & Exchanges
What are your return conditions?
At Sade Botanicals, we act in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 regarding returns. According to this law, consumers have the right to return products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason and without paying any shipping costs, by exercising their right of withdrawal.
Returns of cosmetics and personal care products are only possible if the product is unopened, untested, undamaged and unused due to hygiene conditions and the start of a limited use period. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
How long is the return period?
The 14 (fourteen) day return period begins the day you receive your order. If you wish to cancel an order, you can cancel it at any time, provided it has not yet been shipped.
How can I submit my return request?
Before sending your return, you must first submit your request to us through the channels listed on our "Contact" page. Returns submitted without a return request will be returned to the consumer without being received. If your request is approved, you must return the package as it arrived, packing it to prevent damage during transit, including all return products and accessories, and complete and attach your e-invoice as required. Please note that you have a 14-day legal period for your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return will be reviewed within one business day of receipt. If your return is approved, the refund will be refunded to you via the payment method you used, free of charge. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days for credit card payments and 7-14 business days for debit card payments. If your return is deemed unacceptable, the products will be returned to you.
Product Information & Formulation
Are your products vegan?
Yes. We only work with plant-based and cruelty-free ingredients.
What do you use as preservative?
We use preservative systems containing potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, or phenethyl alcohol and apricot glycol. When choosing a preservative, we prioritize gentleness on the skin and broad-spectrum protection.
What is the pH value of your products?
For our skin and hair products, the pH range is 4.5-5.5; for products requiring lower pH values, such as salicylic acid, pH values appropriate to the formula are selected. pH values are not determined for products such as water-free cream deodorants.
Do you own the formulas and production?
With pride and effort, yes! All our formulas are born from meticulous R&D processes. Our products are handcrafted in small batches, ensuring freshness, care, and quality in every bottle.
Do your products contain perfume or synthetic fragrances?
No. None of our products use synthetic fragrances. Our products are formulated with natural essential oils, or sometimes simply the fragrance of the ingredients themselves. We often don't even use natural essential oils in our sensitive skin products.
Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, in its original packaging, with the lid closed, and out of reach of children. Ideally, store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, and in drawers or cupboards rather than on open shelves. Bathrooms are not suitable for storage due to their humid environment. Oils begin to oxidize with light and oxygen, decreasing their quality. Therefore, we recommend storing oil-based products away from light and tightly sealed.
How long is the shelf life?
Every product with a shelf life is marked with a production and expiration date. When stored properly in closed packaging, we recommend using it within this period and within 6-12 months after opening. It's also helpful to perform sensory evaluations on opened cosmetic products. If you notice any changes in the product before the expiration date, we recommend contacting the manufacturer.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. We choose glass and metal packaging whenever possible.
Do you have a plastic-free shipping policy?
Of course. We only use paper as support inside the kraft box and close the box with cotton string or paper tape.
Can I send back my empty packaging?
We look forward to launching our deposit program very soon.
