We know how valuable and healing connection is.
No matter how distant, how estranged, or how different we are from someone, if we've shared a common experience, even at very different moments in our lives, it feels like we've known each other for a long time. We know they share our feelings and thoughts, and we understand them as instantly as we understand ourselves. On this platform, a reflection of our shared needs and perspectives, we wanted you to find a friend who understands what you're going through, wants the best for you, and acts from the heart.
We want you to know that there is someone thinking of you and that you are not alone.
We don't get enough love from those around us. We're neglected throughout our lives, and ultimately, we neglect ourselves. We don't even have the time to realize we're depressed, or the energy to care for ourselves. In the rush, even the smallest act of showing someone else is thinking of us can completely transform our lives. Being thought of is like being reminded that you have value and that you're not alone. We wanted you to be encouraged to start thinking of yourself when we show you that we're thinking of you.
When we look back on our lives, we want to say, "We are so glad we made these decisions and touched the lives of many living beings in a positive way."
If we didn't want to change our routine, life could be so comfortable and easy. It's not easy to recover from mental illness, it's not easy to love yourself, it's not easy to exercise or eat healthy, it's not easy to tell someone you love them, and most of the time, even breathing is difficult. But when you have a purpose, you can overcome anything. We know that no one changed the world by doing what everyone else did. We chose not the easy way, but the one that will change the world.
Every step we take, every thought, every decision has a consequence. We are aware of the healing power we possess, and we will use it to its fullest, for our world and all the beings that inhabit it.
Let's be honest and reach out to people who love us for who we are; let's be successful without making promises we can't keep and without following the majority.
These days, everyone wants to look the same. They want someone they're not. They want what others have, yet they feel incomplete. Yet, what makes us who we are are the qualities no one else has. That's what's beautiful: to be unique. Why should we feel like we have to hide them? We want to be able to embrace our differences, celebrate them, and show them without fear. We want a world where honesty is valued.
If you can't find a reason to love yourself, we will surround you with our love until you find one.
We've been programmed to be someone else without being ourselves, to think of others. We've been forced to be girls without being human, mothers without being women, lovers without being alone, spouses without being lovers, children without being friends, adults without growing up, and certainty without being indecisive. No one has ever asked us what we want. No one ever will. We must hear it from ourselves first. Who am I, and what do I want?
It's possible to understand how lucky we are to be alive, to start changing the world with ourselves, and to be confident that we can do it no matter what anyone says. We are now ready to accept who we are, embrace it deeply, and take care of our best selves.
